MaxiMouse turns your webcam into a mouse and your voice into a keyboard. Move the cursor with your palm, pinch to click, make a fist to turn a 3D model. Keep your gloves on and your chair where it is.

How it works

MaxiMouse ignores your hands until you wave. Drop your hand out of view and it lets go.

The cursor follows your whole hand. Tap index to thumb to click, hold it to drag.

Voice control and patient records
Voice control starts in Private mode: speech turns into text on your computer and nothing leaves it, so it is safe with a chart open. Smart mode sends commands it doesn't know to an outside service to work them out, and switches back to Private by itself whenever Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft or an imaging program is in front.
